This device is a testing instrument independently developed by our company, integrating the advantages of similar products from both domestic and international sources. It is primarily used for testing primary busbar protection and the transformation ratios of various current transformers. Equipped with a low-power, high-capacity autotransformer voltage regulator and a converter constructed from high-permeability iron cores, it offers advantages such as high output power, compact size, and light weight. Consequently, it is widely employed in research, production, and electrical testing facilities across industries including power generation, railways, petrochemicals, metallurgy, and mining.

- Before connecting the power cord, first adjust the "Current Adjustment" knob counterclockwise to the zero position.
- After powering on, set the "Power Control" switch to the "ON" position, then rotate the "Current Adjustment" knob clockwise to set the desired output current, and proceed with the characteristic testing of the device under test.
- During the impact test, first set the required current, then switch the "Power Control" switch to the "OFF" position to disconnect the equipment from power, followed by switching it to the "ON" position to supply power. The test can then be performed on the device under evaluation.
- This device has high output power; the 220V alternating current (AC) power supply must have sufficient capacity. The power cord should be as short as possible and possess adequate current-carrying capacity.
- Before use, thoroughly inspect the power input cable: its cross-sectional area and length must meet the specified requirements, and the output cable's cross-sectional area should increase proportionally with the current (calculated based on 10 ampere current per square millimeter); otherwise, the output current value will be affected.
This testing instrument is covered by a warranty of eighteen months from the date of shipment. If any issues are detected while users strictly adhere to our company's specified transportation, storage, and usage guidelines, we will provide free repairs and lifetime maintenance.
